Lastly, you will be able to take on a variety of roles within the different key activities that a project entails. Focusing on project management during one project will not limit you from taking up change management, or analysis during another.
Every 6 months you will have the opportunity to discuss your personal development plan with one of our managers. During these coaching sessions, you’ll discuss past achievements and future challenges and you will build a personal action plan to to further grow..

Your first interview will be a 20-minute phone call with our Recruiting Manager to better understand your profile and see if there’s a match with our company and its culture.
During this interview, our HR manager will tell you more about the way we work and the history of our company. But more importantly, we would like to get to know you even better. We will talk about your previous experiences and your ambitions for the future. In some cases, one of our consultants will join us to discuss topics that require specific expertise.
In most cases, this is what the interview process will look like. When applying for more senior positions, however, an additional interview with our senior management can be added to the process.
